Accommodation & Meals
You stay overnight in the lodge during Everest Base Camp Cho La Pass Trekking. The lodge here offers simple to luxury facilities. You can choose as per your budget. As the elevation will get higher, the services will also get limited. Rooms come with a double bed and a common washroom generally.
Similarly, meals will be provided as per the menu of the lodge. Three meals a day are included in the package. You can get dishes like rice, veggies, curries, chapati, bread, egg, porridge, pudding, momo, pasta, sandwich, noodles, soup, etc. Tibetan, Nepali, Indian, and Continental cuisines are available most of the time.

You will find internet access during the trek. After Ncell (Nepalese telecommunication company) established 3G mobile broadband on Gorak Shep at 5,200 meters, one can do live feeds from the base camp. However, do remember that the internet connection gets unstable due to bad weather. You can also find WiFi service in almost every lodge, but you have to pay an extra charge for it. Locals here use both solar power and hydropower electricity. You can charge your electric devices, but do know that you might have to extra bucks at some places to charge.
